I. Rajasthan's First Demo Garden

  • Rajasthan's first demo garden with 3000 plants is being built in Jodhpur.
  • Cost: ₹6 crore.

  • On August 15, 2025, a state-level program at Meherangarh Fort, Jodhpur, featured a presentation based on "Operation Sindoor."

II. Piplantri Village Film at IFFI Goa

  • The film "Piplantri: A Tale of Eco-Feminism," based on Rajasthan's Piplantri village, has been selected for its World Premiere at the 56th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa.

  • Piplantri village (Rajsamand) is known for planting 111 trees on the birth of every girl child, an initiative started by former Sarpanch Padma Shri Shyam Sundar Paliwal. This initiative has transformed a drought-affected and mining-ravaged area into a green zone, reducing local temperatures and improving groundwater.

IV. Ambedkar DBT Voucher Yojana

  • Objective: To provide financial assistance for residential facilities to regular students of government colleges pursuing undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses.
  • Beneficiaries: SC, ST, OBC, EWS, MBC, and minority students from economically weaker sections (family income less than ₹1.20 lakh per annum).
  • Assistance: ₹2000 per month, provided for 10 months each year, for a maximum of 5 years.
  • Application Deadline: December 31 (current year).

V. Laadli Media Award 2025
