- G7 history: Started as G6 in 1975, became G7 with Canada, then G8 with Russia in 1997. Russia was expelled in 2014 after its attack on Ukraine, reverting the group to G7.

- Chief Justice of India (CJI): Justice Suryakant was sworn in as the 53rd Chief Justice of India on November 24, 2025, by President Droupadi Murmu.
